Evolution Contracting completed a steep terrain slope repair and steep terrain stabilization project on a 45 degree incline near Cameron, West Virginia. Our team also provided a variety of land clearing and steep terrain excavating services. In addition to the steep incline with top-only access, our team was also required to work around a 16” active gas line.
The Baker Steep Slip Repair & Stabilization project required over 7,500 cu yards of excavation as the slip area exceeded the initial pipeline ROW. The stream was also compromised by the slip material, requiring the removal of all sediment from the stream. Our team installed a rip-rap buttress to prevent future sediment in the stream.
Dedicated to safety, Evolution Contracting is a specialized steep terrain slip repair and stabilization contractor in West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Ohio.
